The Delaware Cooperative Extension, located on Route 9 west of Georgetown, offers Master Gardener Workshops throughout the year for anyone interested in improving their gardening and planting abilities. Upcoming events include making a Hypertufa (man made substitute for Tufa rock) container on Tuesday, June 10th starting at 1:30 pm. Your newly created cement pot will be great for the outdoors! The cost of this workshop is $15 and don’t forget to bring HEAVY DUTY LATEX GLOVES. Other events include a walk through the herb garden on Tuesday, June 24 starting at 1:30 pm. At this workshop participants will learn the different uses of herbs within the garden.
