Hopkins Farm Creamery

by Dave on July 6, 2008

2008-photos-mb-sony-182.jpgThe Hopkins Farm Creamery is open from 11-9 daily. To get there take Route 9 west towards Harbeson and make a left at the Hopkins Farm light. You can’t miss the dairy cows and ice cream cones painted on the old farm silo. I partaked the other night and had two scoops of vanilla in a cup for $2.80. The price was right, however the line was 15 people deep. Be prepared for a long wait.

They actually just changed their hours due to a larger than anticipated demand. They’re now open from 10am to 10 pm daily. The ice cream is great and I’m pretty sure it’s made with fresh Lewes Dairy Milk.

You are correct. Lewes Dairy milk is featured in all their ice cream, and the lines were long since their opeing. Get there early or go late!
