Nicola Pizza – this multi-generational Caggiano family business is home of the famed Nicoboli (ground beef, pizza sauce & cheese wrapped in pizza dough and baked). You can easily find Nicola. Louie’s Pizza – just feet off of the Rehoboth boardwalk is the shop some say has the best pizza of all – Louie’s. Be sure to also get a cheese steak, which they put through the pizza oven to melt the cheese and toast the roll. 11 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach. (302) 227-6002

The Miltonian – Off the beaten path in the town of Milton is the Miltonian Pizzeria & Wing House, which makes excellent saucy, cheesy pizzas and also serves a full menu of Italian dishes, including baked pastas, stromboli and calzones. Half Full – this 500 square foot pizza bistro in downtown Lewes only does two things, but it does them very well: homemade pizza and wine.
