Weird Al Yankovic June 16 at Rehoboth Beach Convention Center

“Weird Al” Yankovic is kicking off his Summer 2010 Tour right here in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware on Wednesday, June 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center. Produced by The Jefferson School’s Comedy at the Beach Committee, “Weird Al” will undoubtedly play to a sold-out crowd. Comedy at the Beach has brought top-quality comedic talent, such as Joan Rivers and Paula Poundstone, to the Delaware beaches for years. Tickets for this “family friendly” concert are priced at $45.00, $65.00, and $100, and may be purchased through

America’s foremost song parodist, “Weird Al” and his talented band put on a show with an appeal that spans generations, spoofing popular songs from past decades to today’s most current hits. From New Wave to Gangsta Rap, the comedy/music of Weird Al has sold millions of CDs and videos and has been recognized with multiple Grammy Awards. Seeing the “Weird Al” show live is a full multi-media extravaganza, complete with video, costume changes, and his full band.

In addition to enjoying a night of great musical entertainment, patrons will also have the chance to win some fabulous and generously donated raffle prizes, such as: a B & B Music guitar signed by “Weird Al”; a restaurant gift certificate bundle worth hundreds of dollars; a Baywood Greens golf outing for four; gorgeous jewelry from Bellinger’s Jewelers; Bad Hair Day!’s Queen for the Day spa package; a Bonkersville party for 20 children; a Nassau Valley Vineyard Tour and Tasting; and a 50/50 raffle.
